Accounts Payable support

Overview

This role is responsible for timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices within PO/contract terms and other functional activities.

What you'll do

• Handle document scanning, batch creation and invoice workflow management.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of invoices and other invoice processing related functions.
• Handle workflows and parked documents for vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ascertain that invoice approvals are in accordance with the company's Delegation of Authority.
• Keep updated on industry best practices and standard techniques and implement them appropriately.
• Work with the Vendor Master Data team on relevant changes to the vendor profile as appropriate.

What you'll need

• 0-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, field of finance.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Service mindset, proactive and problem-solving skills.
