Overview

Organizational Analytics (OA) Consultant in Accenture's Talent & Organization (T&O) practice, taking a data-driven approach to transformation and workforce solutions for global and local clients.

What you'll do

• Engage with clients to understand their challenges, requirements and concerns to determine the best OA solution.
• Build data-driven survey-based solutions including frameworks, questionnaires, and action plans.
• Link analytics results with Behavioral Science / Industrial and Organizational Psychology concepts.
• Apply basic and advanced statistical/ML methodologies to Work Force Analytics.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop business solutions.
• Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs.
• Co-create solutions and assist clients in developing action plans.
• Support Product Development and own the delivery of new OA products.
• Build strong relationships with clients and foster business growth.
• Contribute to T&O practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training and attending community events.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience is required.
• Any Bachelor's / Master's degree.
• Must have: Data Visualization and Work Force Analytics or People Analytics.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in business data analysis and people management-related programs (workforce transformation, workforce and talent strategy, change strategy, stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, and business readiness).
• Data fluency and working knowledge of statistical methodologies.
• Data interpretation with working knowledge of analytic (predictive and prescriptive) models and digital tools.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to perform in a non-structured and dynamic environment.
• Exposure to Work Force Analytics using basic and advanced statistical/ML methodologies in at least the last 1-2 years.

Nice to have

• Good to have: statistical methodologies.
• Practical knowledge in the area of Natural Language Processing.
• Additional language capabilities.
