Job description

Overview

Lead a simulation engineering team developing and delivering software used to validate ADAS and Autonomous Driving systems.

What you'll do

Lead and mentor simulation engineers.
Drive technical excellence across the team.
Own sprint planning and scrum activities.
Deliver simulation software on Windows and Linux.
Integrate ADAS and Autonomous Driving algorithms into simulation environments.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

What you'll need

6–9 years of software development experience.
Advanced C++ expertise.
Experience leading engineering teams and driving technical delivery.
Knowledge of OOP, data structures, design patterns, multithreading, and software architecture.
Experience with CAN, UDP, and automotive communication systems.
Automotive and ADAS domain experience.

Nice to have

Exposure to camera- or radar-based systems.
