Advisor/Senior Advisor - Talent Acquisition

Overview

Advisor/Senior Advisor in Talent Acquisition within the HR People Hub, responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery for an assigned division.

What you'll do

• Establish strong working relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and address any concerns.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment of vacancies within the assigned division.
• Support and develop one of the divisional recruitment teams to deliver a high-quality, customer-oriented recruitment service.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with talent acquisition metric targets, including time to offer, interview-to-offer and other agreed KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing Team and TA Ops team to apply best practice.
• Contribute to the employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What you'll need

• 6 to 10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a corporate, professional services, consulting, or high-tech industry.
• Prior experience of working in RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) or an in-house recruitment team is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Driven and highly organized, with the ability to identify and focus on priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• Previous experience of working with recruitment, ATS (applicant tracking system) or vacancy management systems, e.g. Workday.
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
