Overview

Senior Associate in the Capital Projects & Infrastructure team of PwC's Advisory Deals practice, supporting client work across project schedules, budgets, forecasting, risk review, project data validation, contract document review, project controls, and reports and presentations.

What you'll do

• Review project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk assessments for capital projects and infrastructure engagements.
• Validate project data and reconcile contract documents, billing terms, and rate build ups to contractual requirements.
• Support the development and refinement of project management processes and control activities across workstreams.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and monitoring of project controls for cost, schedule, and performance tracking.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables that summarize findings, progress, and key issues.
• Assist in proposal development and pursuit activities that support practice growth and new client opportunities.
• Apply financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis techniques to evaluate project and transaction impacts.
• Interpret contract terms, invoice support, and project information to identify risks, gaps, and value creation opportunities.
• Review contract documents to assess whether project billing and rate build ups are aligned to contractual requirements.
• Analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build client connections, and guide junior team members.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Experience implementing project controls or cost and schedule analysis.
• Experience in contract management across different project delivery models and reviewing invoices for payment requisitions on large scale infrastructure projects.

Nice to have

• Project controls experience across capital projects and infrastructure.
• Validating project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk assessments.
• Reviewing contract documents and billing rate build-ups.
• Performing independent project data validation and analysis.
• Presenting findings through reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Utilizing Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar planning tools.
