AES Guidewire Lead Developer - BillingCenter Senior Associate

Overview

Lead Guidewire developer for AES/BillingCenter at PwC, focused on designing, coding, testing, and delivering Guidewire solutions for insurance clients.

What you'll do

• Develop and customize applications using the Guidewire platform.
• Design, code, and test software solutions for insurance organizations.
• Provide solution strategy and deliver Application Evolution Services (AES, formerly AMS).
• Develop scalable and robust Guidewire solution strategies across a hybrid IT landscape.
• Assist clients with support of Guidewire Suite solutions and improve business processes.
• Take a proactive approach to quality in solution delivery.
• Ensure delivery follows defined processes and review deliverables.

What you'll need

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to solution the Guidewire Suite on premises and SaaS.
• Proven success executing complex Guidewire engagements with on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Deep experience in BillingCenter and working knowledge of PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and ContactManager.
• Knowledge of GOSU, Guidewire Event and Rules Framework, and Guidewire Web Services.
• Good knowledge of XML & JSON formats, and ANT, MAVEN, Gradle scripts.
• Understanding of devops and build/deployment processes.
