AES Salesforce DevOps Associate

Overview

Support Salesforce DevOps activities within PwC's Advisory managed service delivery, covering configuration, release coordination, data handling and process monitoring for client solutions.

What you'll do

• Support Salesforce DevOps activities across client support engagements and application lifecycle tasks
• Execute data review, enrichment, and processing activities to maintain accurate client records and transaction flow
• Monitor quality control checks, document findings, and escalate issues for timely resolution
• Assist with release coordination, deployment preparation, and validation of configuration updates
• Manage service requests, incident tracking, and status updates across assigned workstreams
• Apply process documentation to follow repeatable delivery steps and maintain consistency across tasks
• Review customer data, system outputs, and functional changes to identify gaps or defects
• Contribute to continuous improvements in service delivery, data handling, and workflow efficiency

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• Oral and written proficiency in English
