Overview

Manager/Technical Lead for Salesforce consulting, guiding teams to integrate and optimize Salesforce systems for client applications.

What you'll do

• Lead Salesforce system integration projects and manage client expectations.
• Guide teams in strategic planning and execution of Salesforce solutions.
• Use Salesforce APIs and customization to improve business integrations.
• Develop and implement Salesforce data architecture and workflow solutions.
• Validate data integrity and compliance within Salesforce frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to optimize Salesforce usage and improve service excellence.
• Coach and mentor team members to deliver client expectations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree (at least one).
• At least 8 years of experience.
• English oral and written proficiency required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce APIs and Salesforce customization.
• Utilize Salesforce Data Architecture and Salesforce Integration skills.
• Ability to manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce workflow effectively.
• Implement integration architecture and middleware development.

Nice to have

• Preference for fields of study including Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
• Preference for one or more Salesforce certifications aligned to system integration delivery (e.g., Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I).
• Strategic questioning and analytical thinking.
