Overview

Responsible for training new vendors on tablet and the vendor portal, providing ongoing vendor support, and updating training content and documentation.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for new vendors.
• Demonstrate tablet and vendor portal features for essential tasks.
• Provide post-training support to address vendor questions and issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to tablet operations and the portal.
• Gather vendor feedback and use it to improve training programs.
• Develop and update training manuals, guides, and video tutorials.

What you'll need

• Ability to train vendors on tablets and the vendor portal.
• Experience troubleshooting tablet and vendor portal issues.
• Ability to maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
• Ability to maintain records of training sessions and vendor attendance.
• Ability to prepare reports on training activities and post-training vendor performance.
