Overview
Zero-to-one product launch of a durable execution process engine that bridges enterprise workflow automation and intelligent agent orchestration. The PM leads product strategy and execution for the Workflows & Orchestration (Durable Processes) pillar, working alongside peer PMs and reporting to the Group PM.
What you'll do
- Define the product roadmap for Workflows & Orchestration: what customers need, what moves the needle, and what builds defensible value
- Make the hard calls on what ships in MVP, what is post-launch, and what never ships
- Own competitive positioning of durable processes as a first-class pillar of an integrated platform, not a standalone point solution
- Shape both pro-code and no-code experiences, owning SDKs, CLI, and visual editor consistency, plus documentation and learning paths across both personas
- Lead cross-functional alignment (engineering, design, marketing, sales) on priorities and milestones
- Conduct customer discovery on who we are building for, what problems they have, and what is blocking adoption
- Make data-driven decisions using usage patterns, customer feedback, and performance metrics
- Unblock ambiguity by synthesizing information and moving forward decisively when technical direction is unclear
- Work collaboratively with two peer IC PMs who own the Data Connectors and AI Agents pillars
- Establish clear integration points and contract boundaries so all three pillars work together seamlessly
- Escalate only real conflicts to the Group PM and resolve most decisions at your level
What you'll need
- Experience shipping one or more of: complex infrastructure or platform products; enterprise workflow or automation systems; products spanning multiple user personas (business analysts, developers, operators); products requiring deep technical integration; zero-to-one launches where you shaped initial product-market fit
- Technical fluency: reads code, understands architecture constraints, and can discuss feasibility and tradeoffs with engineers
- Customer obsession with realism: spends time with users and synthesizes what they need from what they say
- Decisiveness under ambiguity: makes calls with incomplete information and is comfortable killing ideas the data does not support
- Communication across layers: discusses latency budgets with engineers, compliance with customers, and roadmap priorities with executives
- Systems thinking: sees how pieces connect, such as how developer SDKs influence adoption and how pricing models influence feature prioritization
- AI native: uses LLMs as part of product workflow and adapts easily to new tools
Nice to have
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on platform products
- Exposure to workflow engines, BPM systems, or process orchestration platforms (Camunda, Zeebe, Airflow, Temporal)
- Experience with enterprise compliance requirements (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA) and how they shape product architecture
- Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS scaling challenges and tradeoffs
- Previous zero-to-one product launch where you defined the initial MVP and shaped early-stage product-market fit
- Experience building features using LLMs (a hobby project is acceptable)
