Agile Coach (Release Train Engineer)

Overview

Agile Coach / Release Train Engineer role supporting an ERP+ program through Agile Release Train (ART) facilitation and ongoing agility improvement.

What you'll do

• Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events including PI Planning, ART Syncs, and System Demos for the ERP+ program.
• Escalate and track program-level impediments, manage risks, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters on Lean-Agile practices and mindsets for mission alignment.
• Support execution and feature-completion tracking to ensure transparency, predictability, and continuous value flow.
• Run Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshops and regularly assess ART agility.

What you'll need

• Active and maintained “SECRET” federal or DoW security clearance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, IT Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Active SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification or equivalent advanced Agile framework credential.
• Proven experience guiding ERP transformations, modernizations, or large system integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
