AI Architect

Overview

Lead AI Architect responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end AI/ML systems to address group-wide strategic problems.
• Develop, train, validate, and A/B test ML models; conduct statistical validation.
• Build production AI/ML pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Implement AI guardrails, safety frameworks, and compliance controls.
• Provide guidance to teams on building AI use cases aligned to the Group-wide AI strategy.
• Set up monitoring and governance for model performance, versioning, approval, and retirement.
• Create and maintain documentation and regular status reports for AI products and deployments.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of professional experience in end-to-end AI/ML engineering, AI/ML architecture design, or related roles.
• Delivered 3+ ML/AI solutions to production, preferably in enterprise or financial services environments.
• Experience deploying GenAI/LLMs via integrations with OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, or Mistral, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Strong Python proficiency and experience designing modular, testable, maintainable ML systems.
• Hands-on experience building APIs using FastAPI.
• Experience deploying on public cloud platforms AWS, GCP, or Azure (multi-cloud is a plus).
• Knowledge of LLM lifecycle topics including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic systems.
