AI Architect - Modern AI Applications

Overview

AI Architect to lead high-impact AI platform development for healthcare applications, focused on building scalable AI platforms and frameworks from scratch.

What you'll do

• Design and develop an AI platform to support large language models for healthcare language, regulatory, and ethical requirements.
• Build frameworks for AI pipelines processing structured and unstructured healthcare data (FHIR, HL7, clinical notes, claims data).
• Contribute to domain-specific model architectures to improve clinical decision-making, revenue cycle management, and patient engagement.
• Serve as primary technical authority on AI platform development within product teams.
• Implement rigorous model evaluation for accuracy, robustness, and fairness.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and data security regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST) and help move prototypes into production.

What you'll need

• Master’s in Computer Science/AI/Machine Learning (or related).
• 10+ years experience developing AI/ML platforms on Cloud & on-Prem.
• Experience building AI/ML platform for healthcare applications.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML libraries.
• Experience with GenAI/LLMs, transformer architectures, and model routing based on latency, cost, and capability.
• Skills with AI tools/frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
