Overview
As a Core GenAI / AI Architects- Manager, you will guide client support work in data and analytics engineering, helping shape GenAI and AI architecture approaches that turn data into actionable insight and support business decisions. You will lead teams, coach junior staff, manage project plans and timelines, and handle complex work while upholding quality and professional standards.
What you'll do
- Lead GenAI and AI architecture workstreams from planning through delivery across client engagements.
- Design scalable AI solution architectures that integrate data, cloud, and analytics components.
- Translate client business needs into technical roadmaps, reference designs, and implementation approaches.
- Guide teams in developing AI-enabled solutions, including machine learning, natural language processing, and automation use cases.
- Review architectural choices, technical tradeoffs, and delivery risks across multiple initiatives.
- Coach team members on AI design patterns, data preparation, model lifecycle practices, and solution deployment.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define use cases, success measures, and delivery priorities.
- Apply data science, engineering, and programming skills to prototype and refine AI capabilities.
- Evaluate data quality, pipeline design, and model performance to support reliable solution outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to expand AI adoption, improve delivery methods, and advance technical capabilities.
- Contribute to exploratory analysis, statistical modeling, data visualization, and solution design across client engagements within the Data and Analytics Engineering practice.
What you'll need
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 8 years of experience.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or Systems Engineering.
