Generative AI Architect- Manager

Overview

Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise generative AI and agentic AI solutions, translating client objectives into scalable, governed systems. Manage and mentor engineering teams while owning project planning, execution, and completion.

What you'll do

• Architect end-to-end enterprise GenAI solutions using multi-agent orchestration, autonomous task execution, tool-use chains, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.
• Define agentic design standards for communication protocols, task routing, lifecycle management, tool registries, and orchestration frameworks.
• Align technology choices with client cloud platforms, infrastructure, governance, cost, and portability requirements.
• Translate stakeholder objectives into agent capabilities, success metrics, and MVP scopes.
• Establish observability, testing, monitoring, regression testing, simulation, and production SLA standards.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams through architecture reviews, code guidance, sprint planning, and quality assurance.
• Evaluate and implement AI technology stacks, DevOps, LLMOps, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Expertise in agentic AI architecture and enterprise generative AI solutions.
• Experience with vector databases, orchestration frameworks, observability tools, DevOps, LLMOps, and CI/CD.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, containers, and event-driven architectures.

Nice to have

• Over 3 years of developing and scaling GenAI projects from prototypes to enterprise production.
• Experience with MCP and A2A interoperability protocols.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI.
• Advanced Python and experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
• Knowledge of advanced RAG architectures, model building, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Experience designing safeguards for LLM security risks.
• Relevant AI or solution architecture certifications.
