AI Architect - GTM Systems

Overview

Lead the technical vision and architecture for AI-powered go-to-market systems as a senior individual contributor. Design and establish governed solutions spanning low-code automation, custom AI agents, integrations, and enterprise workflows.

What you'll do

• Define architecture strategy for low-code automation and custom agentic AI builds.
• Create reference architectures, design patterns, and technology decision frameworks.
• Lead complex integrations, event processing, agentic workflows, and data orchestration.
• Evaluate and adopt AI tools, frameworks, and platforms while managing technical risk.
• Define integration APIs, event contracts, data models, and low-code governance standards.
• Partner with VP-level stakeholders to turn business goals into architectural roadmaps.
• Conduct architecture reviews and publish technical guidance such as ADRs and engineering wikis.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience building production-grade backend systems.
• At least 3 years of Technical Lead experience.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents used by real end users.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration and agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
• Experience designing RAG systems, including vector databases, retrieval, chunking, and embeddings.
• Proficiency with Python and/or Node.js, backend APIs, asynchronous systems, and AWS infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience building LLM evaluation and observability tooling.
• Experience with sales, deal desk, finance, Salesforce, or RevOps workflows.
• Production experience with FastMCP, LiteLLM, or MCP.
• Experience mentoring engineers or contributing to hiring.

Details

• Remote role open to candidates in Canada.
• Annual base salary: USD 135,575–175,450.
• Full-time employees are eligible for an initial RSU grant and ongoing refresh opportunities.
