Senior Software Engineer II

Overview

Lead full-stack engineering for AI voice experiences that assist and coach drivers. Shape product direction, ship agent experiences, and build reliable systems for coordination, context, and real-time decisions.

What you'll do

• Define product and technical direction for AI voice experiences.
• Build and ship voice agent products from zero to one.
• Design systems for shared context, concurrent interaction arbitration, and investigation of real-time decisions.
• Document architectural tradeoffs as requirements evolve.
• Review designs, unblock decisions, and mentor engineers.
• Introduce full-stack and AI-assisted engineering patterns.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience owning products from concept through production.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Recent experience shipping LLM or agent-based products end-to-end.
• Experience with AI memory, context, or retrieval systems.
• Strong programming and design fundamentals in Go, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience setting technical direction and mentoring engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience building zero-to-one products in high-autonomy environments.
• Experience with persistent memory or personalization systems.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience building scheduling or arbitration systems.

Details

• Fully remote position for candidates residing in Canada.
• Annual base salary: CAD 142,800–184,800.
