Overview

Senior Software Engineer focused on building user-facing experiences for AI product features.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and own frontend user-facing features in React and TypeScript.
• Set the technical direction and quality bar for the frontend through mentorship and code review.
• Use AI/agentic development tools (e.g., Claude) to ship faster and establish team best practices.
• Dip into Go to extend backend services and APIs when needed.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement experiences from inception to delivery.
• Maintain user-facing technical documentation and contribute to product/technical roadmaps.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with deep frontend specialization.
• Expert-level React and TypeScript, with UX, performance, and accessibility focus.
• Fluency with AI/agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude) and evidence of improved shipping throughput.
• Leadership experience setting technical standards and mentoring engineers.
• Track record shipping production-grade frontend at scale.
• Working proficiency in Go (or ability to become productive quickly) for secondary backend work.
• Proficient English for casual chats and formal reports.
