SAP QM Functional Analyst

Overview

Remote SAP QM Functional Analyst role focused on Quality Management System (QMS) design, implementation, and support, including migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

What you'll do

• Perform technical and functional design to migrate and integrate QMS with enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define process enhancements and document requirements.
• Lead or support projects using Waterfall or Agile, managing risks, actions, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance application performance, quality, and reliability.
• Attend work group meetings, teleconferences, and/or training.
• Optimize efficiency using tools such as value stream mapping, SIPOCs, and Control Towers.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles including requirements gathering, solution design, and project delivery.
• Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (ECC and S/4HANA), including configuration and integration.
• Proven experience creating detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience navigating complex SAP landscapes.
• Ability to travel within North America based on business needs, 50% of the time.
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
