Overview

AI Developer to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise AI assistants and conversational AI solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, configure, and support enterprise AI assistants, copilots, and virtual agents.
• Build intelligent workflows and automation using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, and Azure AI Services.
• Implement RAG solutions, semantic search, prompt engineering, and response optimization.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, knowledge repositories, business systems, and data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, design solutions, and support delivery.
• Handle the solution lifecycle including development, testing, UAT support, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AI solution issues across multiple environments.

What you'll need

• 6 to 10 years of experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on prompt engineering and conversational/virtual agent development.
• Experience implementing RAG, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval solutions.
• Familiarity with .NET/C#, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript, plus API development/consumption.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI Services.
