Generative AI Developer

Overview

Broadridge is hiring a Generative AI Developer to build GenAI/LLM-based solutions, including RAG pipelines and conversational assistants.

What you'll do

• Develop AI/ML and generative AI or LLM-based solution capabilities.
• Design and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Build and improve chatbot/conversational AI and enterprise Q&A assistants.
• Work with vector databases for knowledge-driven applications.
• Apply chunking strategies and embeddings optimization for retrieval.
• Use advanced RAG approaches such as query rewriting, multi-vector retrieval, and reranking.
• Support document/PDF extraction and context retrieval for Q&A.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or LLM-based solution development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python; Java or similar technologies are mentioned as an advantage.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience designing and optimizing RAG pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or Milvus.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Java or similar technologies.
