AI Enablement & Governance Analyst

Overview

AI Enablement & Governance Analyst who operationalizes AI standards across Patient Services engineering and measures SDLC transformation through adoption and ROI.

What you'll do

• Roll out AI development tooling (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as engineering standards.
• Train and onboard Dev, QA, and BA teams into AI-augmented ways of working.
• Own governance artifacts including the prompt library governance process and quality gates.
• Conduct HIPAA/PHI compliance reviews for AI tool usage and coordinate with InfoSec on approvals.
• Maintain the approved-tools list and the AI risk register.
• Define and track AI adoption KPIs and publish monthly adoption reports and quarterly executive ROI dashboards.

What you'll need

• 3+ years in a technical analyst/program enablement/developer-experience or similar role.
• Strong data analysis and dashboarding skills.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation ability.
• Demonstrated change-management and training-delivery experience.
• Working fluency with AI tooling ecosystems (Claude, Gemini, AI coding assistants).
• Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, or comparable privacy/compliance fundamentals.
• Strong cross-team coordination and stakeholder-communication skills.
