AI Engineer

Overview

Own end-to-end AI workflows for Jeeves' finance platform, from invoice arrival through payment, with responsibility for building, shipping, measuring and continuously improving production systems that handle real money and customer data. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on practical AI engineering rather than research or a narrow ticket queue.

What you'll do

• Own whole workflows from end to end, not individual features.
• Build document extraction, transaction matching, policy checks, approval routing and posting to customers' ERPs.
• Evaluate and monitor workflows to determine whether they are working.
• Decide how to build, ship, measure and continuously improve AI workflows.
• Work closely with Product, Backend Engineering and customers' finance teams.

• Senior, hands-on AI engineering experience.
• Use coding agents and AI tools every day to move faster.
• Know where coding agents and AI tools fall short.

• Full-time role.
• Remote or hybrid based out of São Paulo, Brazil.
• Remote position with the option to work from the office at complexo JK Iguatemi on a flexible schedule.
