AI Engineer II

Overview

Manage MRI Software's AI technology estate, including platform administration, licensing, usage monitoring, cost control, and governance. The role focuses on secure, compliant, and cost-effective operation of enterprise AI tools.

What you'll do

• Administer AI platforms, user provisioning, licenses, and access controls.
• Allocate and right-size AI licenses based on usage patterns.
• Build dashboards and reports on AI adoption, spend, ROI, and utilization.
• Set usage policies, spend limits, and cost controls.
• Configure SSO, SCIM, audit logs, data retention, and platform integrations.
• Troubleshoot access issues and manage vendor support escalations.
• Maintain the AI tool inventory and evaluate new tools and licensing models.

What you'll need

• 3+ years in IT administration, systems/platform management, or technical operations.
• Hands-on SaaS administration experience, including provisioning, licensing, and SSO/SCIM.
• Experience building usage and cost reports or dashboards with Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Familiarity with API-based usage billing and cost management.
• Understanding of SSO, audit logs, data retention, and access controls.
• Excellent communication and vendor account management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Enterprise AI platform administration experience.
• Basic Python or SQL skills.
• ITAM or SAM experience.
• ITIL, cloud, or vendor-specific administration certifications.
