AI / ML Engineer

Overview

Design and build applications and systems that use AI tools and cloud AI services, integrated into production-ready pipelines, applying generative AI models as part of the solution. Acts as an SME, leads the team, and coordinates across multiple teams.

What you'll do

• Design and build applications and systems that leverage AI technologies and cloud-based AI services.
• Integrate AI solutions into robust, scalable production pipelines.
• Implement generative AI models as part of solutions.
• Work across areas such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents and image analysis.
• Act as an SME and collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions that meet business requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of AI models into existing systems.

What you'll need

• 15 years of full-time education.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
• Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML) and Data Science.
• Strong knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries used for developing machine learning models.
• Experience in deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms and managing production pipelines.
• Familiarity with generative AI models and their practical applications in real-world scenarios.
• Ability to work with deep learning architectures, including neural networks and image processing techniques.
• Skilled in designing scalable and maintainable AI systems that align with organizational goals.
