AI / ML Engineer

Overview

Develop AI/ML applications and production-ready pipelines using cloud AI services and generative AI models. The role covers LLM operations, deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain LLM training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment pipelines.
• Operationalize LLMs from experimentation through production deployment.
• Implement and monitor observability for latency, throughput, prompt performance, hallucinations, and drift.
• Manage prompt versioning, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation workflows.
• Automate model validation, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure security, compliance, data governance, bias detection, and ethical LLM use.
• Collaborate across teams, provide solutions, monitor project progress, and facilitate knowledge sharing.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning Operations.
• Proficiency in Machine Learning Operations and LLMOps infrastructure.
• Advanced Python skills.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services and multi-cloud environments.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and production model optimization.
• 15 years of full-time education.
