AI / ML Engineer

Overview

Design and build production-ready AI and machine learning applications using cloud AI services and generative AI models. The role includes leading technical development, coordinating teams, and mentoring junior members.

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy AI and machine learning models aligned with project goals.
• Design production-ready application pipelines using cloud or on-premises environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Provide solutions for immediate and multi-team technical problems.
• Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across teams.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Machine Learning.
• Experience designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services and production deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of generative AI models and their applications.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
• Ability to work with image processing and conversational AI systems.
