AI Native Software Engineer

Overview

Build and ship production-ready software using AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle. Develop and validate AI-integrated solutions while maintaining quality and compliance and improving software development and operational practices.

What you'll do

• Collaborate and manage the team to perform as an SME.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in AI-native software development.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver software solutions with artificial intelligence integrated throughout the software lifecycle.
• Enhance software quality and compliance and improve development and operational practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Jakarta EE.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Jakarta EE.
• Experience with Java Enterprise Edition components and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable AI-integrated applications.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
• Competence in debugging, testing, and performance tuning of enterprise applications.
