Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Overview

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, adapting features to business requirements while managing releases and maintaining system stability, compatibility, and performance. Work with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), APIs, standard tools, and low-code platforms.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Configure and support packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements.
• Manage application releases and ensure overall system stability and performance.
• Utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across system components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational challenges and optimize application functionality.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 year(s) of experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, including release management and version control.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Ability to work with low-code/no-code platforms to develop and deploy scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
• 15 years full-time education.
