Overview

AI Native Software Engineer role focused on building and validating production-ready software with AI integrated into the engineering lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Build and ship production-ready software with AI as a core part of development.
• Develop and validate AI-integrated solutions while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Continuously monitor and improve software performance and reliability in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components into products.
• Contribute independently as a subject matter expert (SME) and participate in team discussions.
• Assist junior team members with guidance on AI-native software development practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and AI integration best practices.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and maintaining AI-driven applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, well-documented code for AI-native environments.
• 15 years full time education is required.
