AI Operations Engineer, Partnerships

Overview

AI Operations Engineer (Partnerships) to design, build, and run Claude-powered agentic workflows that automate partner experience operations.

What you'll do

• Design and build agentic workflows to automate partner application triage, onboarding, deal registration, certification tracking, partner communications, and reporting.
• Integrate workflows with the partner portal, CRM, enablement stack, finance systems, and database systems via systems-of-record reads/writes.
• Convert recurring manual work into reliable, monitored automations with tests, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints for high-risk decisions.
• Own operational health including error handling, edge cases, escalation paths, and iteration when partner processes change.
• Prototype and validate workflows quickly with partner managers to deliver working v1s in days.
• Create reusable patterns (skills, prompts, connectors, playbooks) and help the team self-serve on simpler workflows.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic tooling, including prompt/workflow design and tool/function calling.
• Experience with MCP or comparable integration frameworks.
• Experience working across APIs and business systems (CRMs like Salesforce, PRM/partner portals, LMS/certification platforms, spreadsheets, Slack, email) and scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• Judgment about automation risk, including knowing when to use human checkpoints and designing for graceful failure.
• Process instincts to redesign messy manual workflows by finding real bottlenecks.
• Clear written communication and documentation of what you build.

Details

• Hybrid policy: all staff expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
• Visa sponsorship: company sponsors visas for some roles/candidates.
• Annual compensation range: $215,000 to $300,000 USD (OTE for sales roles).
