Overview
Help Michelin's AI UX/UI Designer/Researcher move AI use from individual experimentation to collective practices that hold up in production, working alongside design teams across user research, interface design, content and the design system.
What you'll do
- Go into the hubs, observe current AI practices and collect concrete examples.
- Identify what delivers real value, what remains fragile and what is duplicated.
- Produce a map of current uses, documented examples and a shortlist of topics to pool first.
- Design repeatable workflows covering inputs, steps, tools, human checks, expected outputs and limits, tested on real projects.
- Create reusable templates and explicit validation criteria so workflows can be used by someone other than their author.
- Make practices easy to find, understand and maintain, with clear ownership, an evolution process and retirement criteria.
- Align AI uses with the design system and with internal frameworks governing tools and data.
- Maintain a reference space and a lightweight process for flagging issues.
- Support designers on their deliverables, pair with them, make trade-offs visible and help local champions become autonomous.
- Assess impact on working time, rework, deliverable quality and team autonomy, with before/after comparisons.
- Decide whether to continue, adapt or stop each use based on reasoned evidence.
What you'll need
- Product design expertise.
- Technical enough to understand, prototype and engage with IT.
