Overview

Air & Thermal System Engineer at Airbus India to design, develop, and integrate aircraft air and thermal management solutions.

What you'll do

• Perform detailed design and analysis of aircraft air conditioning, ventilation, and thermal management systems.
• Run simulations and analyses to predict system performance under different operating conditions.
• Develop and review technical specifications, requirements documents, and test procedures.
• Participate in system integration and coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
• Support ground and flight testing, analyze test data, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Identify and implement improvements for cost reduction and weight optimization.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Proven experience designing, analyzing, or developing air conditioning, ventilation, or thermal management systems.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer principles.
• Strong knowledge and experience in System Engineering.
• Experience with supplier steering/management (added advantage).
• Knowledge of DO160.
• Knowledge of aircraft certification processes and airworthiness requirements (highly desirable).
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
