Overview

Manage and process payroll for employees across the organization within the Group HR Shared Services team at DBS Bank.

What you'll do

• Manage and process payroll for employees across the organization, ensuring accurate and timely payments
• Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll-related inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Maintain and update payroll records and documentation
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of payroll systems and processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll operations and procedures

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a payroll specialist or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Proficient in using payroll software and related systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
