Lead AMEA Regulatory Operations and Digital transformation, driving registrations enablement and operational standards while implementing digital tools for regulatory planning and data management.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the Regulatory Operations team by setting priorities and ensuring delivery.
• Oversee team organization and talent management including capacity, succession planning, and development.
• Drive training and capability development across cross-functional processes and systems.
• Set Regulatory Operations vision and strategy to enable product registrations across geographies.
• Implement and optimize digital tools for registration planning, data management, portfolio tracking, and consultation.
• Establish regional operating standards to ensure efficiency, data quality, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a focal point with strategic partners, monitor KPIs, and coordinate budgets with global and commercial units.

What you'll need

• University degree, preferably MSc or PhD.
• 10+ years’ regulatory experience across geographies with deep knowledge of R&D processes, agriculture, and crop protection.
• Leadership experience of 5+ years managing teams, mentoring, and coaching.
• Applied expertise in regulatory systems and data/knowledge management.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies.
• Understanding of R&D organizations and key processes for development of new active ingredients and products.
