Analyst

Overview

Analyst role at NAB Innovation Centre India, executing operational processes and supporting run delivery and change delivery across the SAP GL and Procurement Support function, including resolution of production incidents.

What you'll do

• Execute operational processes and support run delivery as directed across the SAP GL and Procurement Support function, including resolving production incidents.
• Engage with key business stakeholders as directed to understand, prioritise and ensure delivery and operations are in line with business objectives.
• Perform continuous review and adoption of tools and frameworks to improve operational processes and change delivery as directed.
• Develop methods, standards, checklists, procedures, business tools, communication materials and templates to support operations, engagement and change delivery as required.
• Incorporate industry standard approaches, methodologies and perspectives to assist in change delivery.
• Develop and execute changes as directed (project and small/medium initiatives) across the SAP GL and Procurement Assets, including performing impact assessments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology in the development of business requirements.
• Execute and/or participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or Business Verification Testing (BVT).
• Implement business configuration and/or data adjustments.
• Develop requirements and obtain actual evidence of the requirements to support technical design.
• Assist technology with business oversight of technical solution design.
• Implement business change in line with business expectations, cost and schedule.
• Proactively manage risks, meet all policy and compliance requirements, execute controls, adhere to pertinent processes and procedures, and escalate events, issues or breaches as soon as they are identified.

What you'll need

• Experience in SAP operational support.
• Functional experience in SAP Finance.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, be very self-motivated and exhibit a positive attitude.
