Analyst - Asset Management

Overview

Support Asset Management master data operations, governance and asset readiness across SAP PM and CMMS/EAM systems. The role focuses on maintaining accurate asset records, supporting data quality activities and developing reliability and data analysis capability.

What you'll do

• Maintain asset master data records across ERP and CMMS systems.
• Gather and prepare asset, equipment and cost data for entry, validation and reporting.
• Validate and enter functional locations, equipment, bills of materials, maintenance plans, task lists and measurement points.
• Support defect elimination, data cleansing and routine audit activities.
• Assist with reliability data assessments and failure data collection.
• Apply master data standards, taxonomy and naming conventions.
• Present data analysis outputs for review and support continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma/ITI in Engineering, Information Systems, Asset Management or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of maintenance and data management principles.
• Exposure to SAP PM, CMMS/EAM, asset master data or asset-intensive industries.
• Understanding of functional locations, equipment, bills of materials, maintenance plans, task lists and measurement points.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and foundational data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Power BI and SQL databases.
• Awareness of FMEA/FMECA, Root Cause Analysis and Reliability-Centred Maintenance data requirements.
