DAM Engineer

Overview

Own and manage the design, development, enablement, and support of Takeda's Digital Asset Management technologies. Drive enterprise DAM capabilities, integrations, adoption, and continuous improvement using Aprimo and related platforms.

What you'll do

• Design and develop scalable Digital Asset Management solutions aligned with business and enterprise standards.
• Lead the DAM capabilities roadmap and deliver initiatives through agile teams.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Develop Aprimo-based applications and integrations using REST APIs.
• Support daily DAM platform operations, governance, security, and reliability.
• Enable stakeholders to consume global DAM capabilities and socialize platform changes.
• Act as a subject matter expert across DAM projects, platforms, and architectural decisions.

What you'll need

• 3+ years implementing enterprise Digital Asset Management solutions in a regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience with Aprimo data modelling, assets, classifications, user management, security modelling, and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Aprimo APIs and REST-based integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or an equivalent background.
• Experience with enterprise content management lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, English communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with global teams in an international, multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Veeva Vault and Promomats.
• Experience in life sciences and agile environments.
• Experience developing applications with Azure or AWS cloud components.
• GenAI or Adobe Assets knowledge.
