Analyst- Content Strategy & Governance

Overview

Analyst role in the Content Strategy & Governance team at Lowe's India, supporting decision-making through competitive analysis, gap analysis, governance, internal reporting and KPIs for Product Detail Pages and User-Generated Content.

What you'll do

• Analyze the competitive landscape to identify market trends, key competitors, and potential growth opportunities.
• Identify and assess gaps in product offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning, and recommend improvements.
• Assist in maintaining standard governance practices to ensure organizational consistency and compliance.
• Contribute to the preparation and delivery of internal reports, presenting critical findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Share ownership of lists such as Digital Commerce Review (DCR) and Product Line Review (PLR), ensuring they reflect current market trends and products.
• Collaborate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to assess new software, tools, or systems for alignment with company requirements and standards.
• Evaluate and review videos, extracting relevant insights and trends related to the company's products or services.
• Assist in managing intake forms for data collection and analysis, keeping them up-to-date and well-structured.
• Contribute to User-Generated Content (UGC) moderation based on FTC guidelines, ensuring content adheres to legal and ethical standards.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree (required minimum qualification).
• 2+ years of experience in product data management in e-commerce/retail industry.
• Experience in Data Analytics.
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Power BI, JIRA/Confluence, and Advanced Excel.
• Experience in using Power BI and extracting data using SQL.
• Experience in item product lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of MicroStrategy.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Experience in strategy implementation.
• Knowledge of SEO, supply chain, and BazaarVoice.
• Adobe Analytics certification.
