Overview
Analyst – Data Engineer is an individual contributor role within the Data Science & Advanced Analytics team focused on building production-grade analytics infrastructure for AI/ML workflows.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain pipelines to transition models from experimentation to production, including packaging, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment.
- Support model serving for patient identification, adherence prediction, Next-Best-Action engines, and competitive intelligence models on Snowflake and Cortex AI.
- Design batch and streaming data workflows in Snowflake integrating multiple data sources and manage feature sets, lineage, and reuse.
- Implement logging, tracing, alerting, and monitoring for model performance, data drift, bias, and service health.
- Design agent-executable workflows on Cortex AI by defining boundaries between agent execution and human judgment.
- Build prompt architectures (agent skills, memories, context injection), acceptance criteria, and agentic dashboards/workflows.
What you'll need
- 3–6+ years of experience in MLOps, Data Engineering, or ML Platform roles with deploying ML solutions at scale.
- At least 2+ years building complex data science or large-scale analytics solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and containerization (Docker).
- Hands-on experience with ML model packaging and serving frameworks (e.g., SageMaker, Databricks MLflow) plus experiment tracking and model registry.
- Proficiency in Snowflake (including Snowpark and Snowpark Container Services) and distributed processing (Spark), plus orchestration (Airflow).
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent) and Cortex AI/LLM serving platforms.
Details
- Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore, India.
- Shift: 2 pm to 11 pm IST.
- Work model: In-person with a minimum of three days per week from the office.
