Analyst - Data Engineer

Overview

Individual contributor Analyst – Data Engineer role in the Data Science & Advanced Analytics team, focused on building production-grade commercial analytics infrastructure and AI/ML workflows on Snowflake and Cortex AI.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain pipelines to move models from experimentation to production, including packaging, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment.
• Design batch and streaming data workflows in Snowflake integrating multiple internal and external data sources.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and monitoring for model performance, data drift, bias, and service health.
• Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to design agent-executable business workflows on Cortex AI.
• Design prompt architectures, agent skills, agent memories, and context injection patterns.
• Build agentic systems that detect anomalies, generate hypotheses, and push recommended actions to stakeholders and CRM systems.

What you'll need

• 3–6+ years of experience in MLOps, Data Engineering, or ML Platform roles.
• At least 2+ years building complex data science or large-scale analytics solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and code quality standards (including CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps).
• Hands-on experience with model packaging and serving frameworks (e.g., SageMaker, Databricks MLflow) plus experiment tracking and model registry tools.
• Proficiency with Snowflake (including Snowpark/Snowpark Container Services), Spark, and Airflow.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and Cortex AI (or comparable LLM serving platforms).

Details

• Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore.
• Shift: 2 pm to 11 pm IST.
• In-person working: on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office.
