Analyst - Data Engineer

Overview

Analyst – Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data lake capabilities, ensuring accurate, high-quality data for analytics and business decisions.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain data architecture and ETL-aligned data pipelines.
• Develop complex queries and solutions using Scala, .NET, and Python/PySpark.
• Implement and maintain data solutions on Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Databricks.
• Create data products for analytics and data science teams.
• Define data catalogue models to support data discovery, access, and management.
• Lead evaluation and deployment of emerging analytic data engineering tools and processes.

What you'll need

• At least 10 years overall experience and at least 5 years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science Engineering.
• 5+ years in data engineering or an architecture role.
• Expertise in SQL and data analysis plus experience with at least one programming language (Scala and .NET preferred).
• Must have experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Databricks.
• Database development experience using Hadoop or BigQuery and exposure to relational, NoSQL, and cloud data lake technologies.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish is useful.
• Fluency in French is useful.
