Analyst – Digital Software Contracts

Overview

Entry-level Procurement professional supporting the global contracts team in IT Sourcing, carrying out processes, standards and operational plans in support of Procurement, including RFPs, negotiation preparations and cost analysis.

What you'll do

• Maintain and update contracts in the Contract Management Systems (e.g. Contracts Tracker, Ariba etc.).
• Support and follow through to execution for MTA, MSA, Order Forms and NDAs and associated amendments.
• Support the preparation of request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages.
• Assemble price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information for analysis.
• Respond to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track and manage contract renewals to ensure timely closure.
• Manage contract execution workflow via Docusign and track completion.
• Coordinate with the PO team for PO creation and to monitor related progress.
• Support the global contracts team with preliminary contract review and markup; drafting contract amendments is an added advantage.

What you'll need

• 2-3 years of experience in process improvement/customer query related projects.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in tracking actions/risks using technology; effective project planning and execution.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with digital software and services contracts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong judgment, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Basic understanding of contracts including Master Agreements, Statements of Work and Order Forms.
• Understanding of RTX Tool set: Ariba (RFx, Contract Management, Purchase requests), SAP for PO's and MS Office applications.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with sourcing process is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team.

• Location: India (Bangalore).
• Work mode: Hybrid, with regular onsite and offsite work; ratio of onsite time determined with your leader.
• Commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
