Analyst

Overview

Support investment sales and capital advisory transactions across multiple commercial real estate asset classes, including office, industrial, retail, residential and hospitality.

What you'll do

• Build financial models, valuations, cash flow projections and investment analyses.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on real estate trends and investment opportunities.
• Prepare investment memorandums, pitch books, valuation reports and client presentations.
• Collaborate with clients, investors, lenders and internal stakeholders to drive successful transaction execution.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of experience in Capital Markets, Valuation, Real Estate Advisory, Investment Banking or Corporate Finance.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Argus.
• MBA (Finance), CA, CFA Level I, or relevant finance/real estate background.
• Passion for commercial real estate, investment analysis and market research.
