Analyst I, FP&A

Overview

Analyst I in FP&A within the Global Procurement Finance team, focusing on planning, performance management, cost optimization, and procurement finance partnering.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, AOP, and long-term planning.
• Analyze financial, procurement, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Prepare management reports, MIS dashboards, and performance analysis using SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
• Support month-end closing activities, variance analysis, budget tracking, and performance reviews with partner teams.
• Track and report procurement spending, savings, and global procurement initiatives using approved governance methodology.
• Lead the end-to-end Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) cycle for global procurement, including budget build and rolling forecasts.

What you'll need

• 1-2 years of experience in supply chain finance, FP&A, or procurement finance roles.
• Finance-related bachelor’s and master’s degree.
• Experience using SAP, Power BI, and advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
