Analyst I, GBS - Global Transformation

Overview

Support the execution of strategic transformation initiatives across Global Business Services. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on process improvement, standardization, automation, analytics and operational excellence initiatives.

What you'll do

• Support the execution of GBS transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in identifying process improvement and automation opportunities across GBS functions.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows and operating models.
• Participate in process optimization initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Support project planning, tracking and governance activities.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, action logs and risk registers.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery against objectives.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to gather inputs and track progress.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports and performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Track transformation KPIs and benefits realization metrics.
• Support business case development for transformation initiatives.
• Assist in preparing communication materials, presentations and training content for transformation programs.
• Support adoption and change management activities during project implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive engagement and awareness of process changes.
• Partner with GBS teams, Process Owners, Technology teams and business stakeholders to support transformation objectives.
• Facilitate information gathering, workshops and process review sessions.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across project teams.
