Lead Analyst- SAP Retail & Supply Chain, Agentic AI

Overview

Lead Analyst (SAP Retail & Supply Chain) for agentic AI that designs, builds, and deploys autonomous AI agents integrating with SAP retail and supply chain systems.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents that monitor and interact with SAP Retail or SAP MM/Supply Chain systems.
• Implement agent capabilities for monitoring inventory, allocation, and sales transactions.
• Enable detection of operational anomalies and integration failures.
• Generate insights and execute automated corrective actions.
• Build agent workflows using Python and agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or equivalent).
• Integrate AI agents with SAP and enterprise systems using BAPIs, Function Modules, OData services, and IDOCs.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of SAP Retail or SAP MM experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least two SAP Retail areas: Merchandise Management, Inventory Management, Allocation and Replenishment, or Retail pricing.
• Experience with SAP Retail master data including Article, Site, Assortments, and Merchandise hierarchy.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using SAP integrations (IDOCs, BAPIs, and APIs) and/or APIs/middleware.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail and/or SAP CAR retail integrations involving POS, eCommerce, OMS, or WMS.
• Experience with Python/scripting/automation tools (or strong willingness to learn).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills working with structured transactional data.
