Overview

Analyst I Infrastructure Services provides technical support for infrastructure services, helps with monitoring and troubleshooting, and supports infrastructure documentation and projects under supervision.

What you'll do

• Respond to infrastructure issues and provide technical support.
• Assist with infrastructure projects and tasks under supervision.
• Monitor infrastructure systems and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the team to address infrastructure challenges and meet departmental needs.
• Support infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and records.
• Apply problem-solving to infrastructure issues and follow best practices.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Ability to continuously learn and stay abreast of industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCENT, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
