Analyst II Software Engineering (Finacle Support L1)

Overview

Provide Level 1 support for Finacle 10.x banking applications in a software engineering analyst role.

What you'll do

• Support Finacle 10.x application modules.
• Analyze product fatal errors.
• Review application logs.
• Monitor application services and availability.
• Log service-provider calls and follow up to closure.
• Track and escalate calls requiring additional assistance.
• Execute maintenance activities using defined checklists.

What you'll need

• At least 1 year of in-scope banking IT or related-solution support experience.
• A science or commerce graduate qualification.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• Knowledge of Branch Operations, CASA, term deposits, loans, trade finance, and locker modules.
• Knowledge of alternate delivery channels including SWIFT, clearing, utility payments, and financial inclusion-related systems.
• Ability to execute defined processes and procedures.
