Overview
Analyst-Inventory supports inventory and SCM analytics by building reports, driving automation/digitalisation, and helping improve materials management processes.
What you'll do
- Develop analysis and reports across Inventory and SCM domains.
- Drive digitalisation/automation initiatives within Inventory management and analytics.
- Support Global Materials team and Eaton sites with materials management process improvements and projects.
- Lead inventory reduction work using inventory modelling and analytics tools.
- Set up modelling processes and define criteria using entitlement, segmentation, assortment and ABC/XYZ approaches.
- Design and develop Power BI reports and automate existing Excel-based reports.
- Produce scheduled reporting and analytics for ROP, SS, past dues, and on-time delivery.
What you'll need
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, digitalisation, and inventory management.
- Graduate/Post Graduate qualification, especially MBA (Operations).
- Strong understanding of Advanced Power BI with DAX modelling.
- Exposure to advanced analytics tools like Python, R, and cloud systems Azure/Cloudera (added advantage).
- Good knowledge of SAP, P2P transactions, and business intelligence tools (OBIEE) / ERP systems (Mfg pro, Clickview or other).
- Proficient in Inventory management concepts including MRP and demand/supply challenges.
- Proficient MS Office skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
